Start with a project. Add tasks, assign an owner label, pick a status, and set dates. Group tasks by phase or whatever suits your work.
One dashboard for each job. Equipment log keeps job-linked equipment rows and their history. Tasks and Kanban, Calendar and Timeline show the same scheduled work. Task views. Table is for quick edits. Kanban lets you move tasks between statuses. Calendar shows due dates. Timeline shows scheduled spans.
Shared cloud storage. Changes save to the approved team workspace. Use Refresh to load changes made by coworkers. Conflicting edits pause rather than silently replace someone else’s changes. Assignments are labels; they do not grant account access.
Job notes and mentions. Add internal notes on the job dashboard. Choose one approved teammate or @all in the mention picker and review the recipient count before saving. New mentions appear in each person's private in-app inbox; plain text does not send a notification. Job notes never appear in schedule PDFs. Settings contains theme, History and owner-only People & access.
Account-based history. Created and changed attribution comes from verified accounts. Imported legacy records do not invent an original creator. History is protected from ordinary app edits; provider administrators still control the database.
Print or email a schedule. Download the Calendar or Timeline PDF, then open it to print or attach to your own email. The scheduler does not send email attachments.
Keep a backup. Download projects and history regularly. No paid automated backup service is enabled. Imports add projects without replacing existing data.
